Information you provide
When you join The V Den, the Kit signup form collects your first name and email address. You may also provide your last name. Kit manages the subscription, confirmation email, and newsletter communications.
When you use the Contact form, you provide your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message. Web3Forms processes the submission and delivers it to Nycole V.’s author email account. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
When you request book club leader resources, you provide your full name, email address, and book club or organization name. You also provide a planned discussion date, and may include an additional message. Web3Forms delivers these details to Nycole V.’s author email account to review and respond to your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to The V Den.
The website does not currently accept orders or payments. It does not collect payment-card or shipping information.
How information is used
Newsletter information is used to send the communications you requested, including reader updates, previews, and book news. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email.
Contact information is used to read and respond to your inquiry. Information may also be used as necessary to operate the website, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with applicable law.
Nycole V. will not sell your personal information.
Services that support the website
ChatGPT Sites hosts the website. Kit provides the newsletter form and email subscription service. Web3Forms processes Contact form submissions, which are delivered to an author Gmail account. Google Fonts supplies website fonts, and the Kit form loads Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection.
These providers may receive technical information, such as an IP address, browser information, or information about a request, when their services load or process a submission. Kit and Web3Forms also process the information you enter into their respective forms. They handle that information under their applicable terms and privacy practices.
The Instagram and Facebook links take you to those platforms if you choose to open them. Their privacy practices then apply.
Cookies and browser storage
The website uses session storage in your browser to remember that its newsletter invitation has appeared during the current browsing session. Kit may use a cookie or similar technology to support its form and recognize subscriptions. The hosting and spam-protection services may also use technical information or essential security technologies.
If you accept optional analytics, this website loads Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits, navigation between sections, retailer-link clicks, and views of or clicks toward The V Den signup. Google Analytics may process identifiers stored in first-party cookies, technical browser and device information, approximate location, and engagement information. Optional analytics and your choices

Rejecting analytics does not prevent access to books, guides when available, contact or book club forms, or newsletter signup.
Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, the choice applies only to the current visit. If you withdraw consent after accepting, analytics is disabled, accessible Google Analytics cookies are cleared, and the page reloads to prevent further analytics loading. Withdrawal does not erase information already collected by Google.
Our analytics events use approved section names and retailer labels. We do not send form-field contents, names, email addresses, book club names, messages, or discussion dates to Google Analytics. Analytics page addresses include only approved public campaign labels for source, medium, campaign, and optional content. Other query parameters and unapproved values are excluded. We do not send advertising click identifiers, free-text search terms, or individual recipient identifiers. Campaign labels are used only after analytics consent and are kept in page memory rather than separate campaign storage. Referral information is limited to the referring website’s origin. Existing Kit newsletter, Web3Forms contact, font, hosting, and spam-protection services operate separately from optional Google Analytics. Retention and your choices
Kit holds subscriber information for the newsletter. You can unsubscribe through any newsletter email. Contact messages may remain in the receiving author Gmail account and Web3Forms records for as long as reasonably needed to manage inquiries, subject to applicable requirements and the provider’s practices. No specific deletion schedule is promised.
